Inventory management

Singh Autoworld uses software provided by cars.com to manage their inventory. The software registers all the vehicles by VIN number into the database and automatically updates it to the website. More cars are bought to refill inventory every Tuesday and Friday which are auction days. Based on the amount of cars bought last month as well as the demand for cars will determine how many cars are needed.  For example: 100 cars are sold 2 months ago and 125 cars are sold 1 month ago. The dealership will buy 150 cars the next month to replenish the amount sold as well to satisfy the 25% demand increase. The dealership can also choose to decrease their inventory according to sales and demand. Cars.com is continually updated and keeps track of every transaction and updated inventory. Singh Autoworld current inventory is 364 vehicles as can be seen here:

Singh Autoworld Info

Singh Autoworld is a car dealership that was established in 2003. The owner Jeet Singh started his dealership in Allentown, PA with fewer then forty used cars. His quick intellect and knowledge about what the buyer wanted allowed his business to skyrocket into success. The recession in 2007 attracted buyers towards used cars. Jeet focused on Asian and other foreign cars because he believed the quailty of American vehicles at the time was below standard. Presently, Singh Autoworld has over 400 cars and has 3 new locations including Bethlehem, Allentown, and Easton. Averaging over 120 cars in sales per month, Singh Autoworlds success is far from slowing down.
